寻找不与茶叶对抗的水

当 Sandry Law 开始在云南采购茶叶时,他注意到同一块 shēng pǔ’ěr 茶饼在 Nánnúo Shān 的山泉水与他在 Kūnmíng 公寓的水中所泡出的味道截然不同。问题出在城市的自来水 — 含氯量高,硬度却仍足以让细腻的茶汤浑浊。一般的活性碳滤水壶让水喝起来平淡,因为它们不仅去除了异味,还带走了赋予茶汤结构的天然矿物质。Sandry 花了数月测试来自日本、德国和中国厂商的滤芯,追寻他所谓的「一种退居幕后却不消失的水」。突破点来自一家原本制造医疗级过滤介质的广东小工厂,同意为茶专门订制滤芯。其设计采用椰子壳活性碳与弱酸性阳离子交换树脂的精准配方,选择性地去除氯、铅、铜和沉积物,同时让原水中约 70–80% 的钙和镁留在溶液中。现在 Sandry 直接采购滤芯,在每一批量结合到一个高透明度、不含 BPA 且能放入标准冰箱门的壶体之前,都会在工厂现场检查。最终成果是一个能悄悄地将自来水转化为茶道中透明伙伴的工具 — 不多不少,恰如其分。

One full jug (3 L) yields roughly four 750 ml gongfu sessions or three large western pots.
Water temp
Filter at room temperature, then heat to the target brew temperature for your tea.
First infusion
Filtration takes about 3 minutes for a full 3‑litre fill; faster if you top up mid‑session.
Subsequent
The cartridge lasts up to 150 L (≈ two months of daily use). Replace when the flow noticeably slows or a faint ‘old water’ note appears.
