这款 30×42 公分的茶盘来自福建武夷山市郊区的一家家族工坊,詹氏家族四代以竹为业。在 2024 年春季的寻源之旅中,我与师傅共度三天,看他挑选四年生的毛竹 — 竹壁厚实、纹理笔直、天生韧性十足。竹子于冬季汁液下降后砍伐,再自然风干六个月,方始动刀。

茶盘主体为一体式底板,雕刻出微微倾向排水口的坡度;镂空上盖采摩擦嵌合,无需胶水,可随时提起清理。每处边缘皆手工倒角 — 绝无锐角,不会勾到衣袖或茶巾。漆料选用简朴的食品级生漆,薄涂三层,每层均以稻壳垫打磨抛光。

Michael 挑选这个尺寸,正是着眼其日常实用性。它能从容摆放一只 150 毫升盖碗、公道杯及两只品茗杯,却可轻松收纳于浅架上。由于每件茶盘皆为小批量制作,木色纹理与竹条宽度会有些微差异 — 此乃手作痕迹,而非瑕疵。
