Sandry Law 每年有大半時間奔走在雲南的茶廠與廣州的港口之間。某天深夜，在昆明的一家民宿裡，她為了清晨的生茶茶席預熱電熱水壺，結果把整層樓的人都吵醒了 — 熱機械的喀嗒聲與沸騰時劇烈的嘶嘶聲，像警報一樣劃破了庭院中的寧靜。那個瞬間，促使她展開了一整年的尋覓，尋找一家願意從零組件層次解決噪音問題的小批量製造商。
最後，我們落腳在深圳郊外的一座家族工坊，他們通常為醫療消毒器製作加熱元件。我們一起將壺殼重新設計為雙層隔音腔體，從幫浦級無刷馬達借用來驅動溫控繼電器，並調校蒸氣口的導流板，直到完全沸騰時，唯一的聲音是柔和、擴散的輕响 — 在距離一公尺處約 38 dB，比圖書館的耳語還輕。
0.8 公升的容量，正好適合一個人的工夫茶席或一小壺西式沖泡。七種預設茶溫加上手動校準功能，讓你從此無需再猜測；柔和的 LED 環狀燈光，即使在黎明前的流理臺上，也不會刺眼。每一批貨都由 Sandry 親自簽核：拆箱、注水、煮沸，並以當初那間民宿清晨的標準進行檢驗。
