Sandry Law 每年有大半时间奔走在云南的茶厂与广州的港口之间。某天深夜，在昆明的一家民宿里，她为了清晨的生茶茶席预热电热水壶，结果把整层楼的人都吵醒了 — 热机械的喀嗒声与沸腾时剧烈的嘶嘶声，像警报一样划破了庭院中的宁静。那个瞬间，促使她展开了一整年的寻觅，寻找一家愿意从零组件层次解决噪音问题的小批量制造商。
最后，我们落脚在深圳郊外的一座家族工坊，他们通常为医疗消毒器制作加热组件。我们一起将壶壳重新设计为双层隔音腔体，从帮浦级无刷马达借用来驱动温控继电器，并调校蒸气口的导流板，直到完全沸腾时，唯一的声音是柔和、扩散的轻响 — 在距离一公尺处约 38 dB，比图书馆的耳语还轻。
0.8 公升的容量，正好适合一个人的工夫茶席或一小壶西式冲泡。七种缺省茶温加上手动校准功能，让你从此无需再猜测；柔和的 LED 环状灯光，即使在黎明前的流理台上，也不会刺眼。每一批货都由 Sandry 亲自签核：拆箱、注水、煮沸，并以当初那间民宿清晨的标准进行检验。

细致绿茶使用 70 °C，白茶 80 °C，乌龙与多数普洱 90 °C，红茶 95 °C。保温功能可维持设置温度 30 分钟，之后自动关闭。
