بدأنا موقع tea.equipment لأن الأواني التي نستخدمها كل صباح – الغايوان، إبريق *Yíxīng* (宜兴)، وتشاهاي – كانت تستحق متجرًا يتحدث عنها بصدق. طين، وزن، تتبيل، إصلاح. ولا غموض يُباع بالغرام.

Evgeniy Smoley
Brews in a 110 ml thin-walled gaiwan most mornings. Writes the editorial standard and signs off on artisan listings.
Oleg Kiktenko
Handles the Yixing and Chaozhou workshop relationships. Knows which kilns are running this season and which are not.
Max Mihal
Runs operations and clay logistics. Decides what ships together and how a *zhū ní* (朱泥) pot survives a winter freight route.
Max Grig
Built the shared cart and the material-badge API. Lives in Berlin, brews *yán chá* (岩茶) on a small *duàn ní* (段泥) pot.
